I noticed that you guys didn't have a place to post questions or suggestions for the MC server, and hopefully I am not overstepping any boundaries and or stepping on toes by making this thread in hopes that any future ideas or questions or suggestions to come to myself or others can be left here to be answered by one of the staff members in due time.
So feel free to comment on this post any questions or suggestions or ideas that you have that you think would be a good addition to the server. And comment on other suggestions posted with your opinions on whether or not you believe they should be added with a quick explanation.
Here are a couple things I have thought about that I haven't previously posted or asked about elsewhere.
-Could we possibly remove hopper and chest mine carts from the clearlag. Regular mine carts and other shit is fine on the clearlag. There are just a lot of cool automated farms i'd love to make to grind money that would be rather difficult and inefficient without those mine carts being available.
-Can we raise the max power to 15 or 20, due to there being such a small player base at the moment, and it not being entirely ideal to have only 2 or 3 factions that are worth their salt we should raise the max power per player until we can as a server sustain at least 40-50 players a day during peak times.
(I don't know about others, but I have massive plans for the server and my faction and I would need at least 20+ players at this current moment just to build the super base I want to build, and that is just not feasible with the player base I have access to at the moment.)
-Is there going to be a defined world border to the END and NETHER zones, and is it the same size or smaller than the overworld's 5000x5000?, I believe there should be a set world border, and that it should be significantly smaller in the other worlds than the overworlds border. If no border then it is as others said in that other post, theoretically impossible to raid someone with enough determination to spend DAYS in real life going in one direction and then building their base where no man would dare travel. I recommend 3000x3000 for both worlds.
(I understand that that could be justified as a legitimate strategy and I considered it myself but I also remembered that factions is about the constant threat of being raided and that there should never be a truly unraidable base, unless it of course is made out of bedrock.)
-Can we add bedrock to the shop or to the most expensive rank's kit?, I recommend making it AT LEAST 500k per stack in the shop. And only give like 4 to 10 in the kit if it can only be used every 3 days.
-Can we disable explosions for the first 2-3 weeks, so that people have a grace period to get their money and bases built up before the raiding commences.
(As I said before I plan on building a mega base that is around 20+ chunks big, and that would be rather difficult if I couldn't even get my defenses up before people started trolling me with creeper eggs and tnt cannons and such.)
